Finished.....for now

The bathroom is as done and it's going to be for now.  As you can see from here and here we recently re-did our bathroom.  It used to look like this.....

And now looks likes this....

We painted the dark wood paneling white, removed the old wallpaper and painted the top half green, added a new shower curtain, new light, new mirror and a shelf with accessories.  It really brightened up the room and we like it a lot. 

During the work, we convinced ourselves not to redo the flooring.  It would have added at least a day of work.  With our limited winter break time due to the holidays and traveling, we would have had to work overtime after break ended to get it done.  We thought we could cover it up and be fine with it.  Well, after living with it for a couple of months, we are just not happy with it.  The whole bathroom is SO white.  We think if we put in new vinyl flooring or paint the current stuff a tan color, it will ground the whole bathroom a bit and not be so bright white.  We'll have to see what we feel like when we're ready to do more for.  Don't worry, I'll let you know when we update it.

For now, though, we're quite happy with our latest house update.
